Yep, Kim Kardashian will be joining the Season 12 cast of American Horror Story.
And if you thought people were excited, think again…
Fans of the series have taken to social media to express their thoughts and let’s just say, nearly nobody is impressed with her being cast…
People are posting things like:
AHS’s Emma Roberts posted the news on Instagram and even there, people were leaving negative comments towards her casting..
People were saying things like they hoped that her character will be gone after the first episode.
Honestly, I’ve yet to find a single comment that says they are excited she will be in the show…
Along with the news of Kim’s casting, it was a teaser trailer set to a spooky version of “Rock-a-Bye Baby,” announcing that this season will be called Delicate.
It seems to be lost in translation though since so many are stuck on the whole Kim K thing.
Now, you may be wondering what role Kim will play in the season and according to reports, co-creator Ryan Murphy told Variety that Kim will be in a lead role this season, playing a character made specifically for her.
“Kim is among the biggest and brightest television stars in the world and we are thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family,”
“Emma and I are excited about collaborating with this true force in the culture. Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role especially for Kim, and this season is ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done.”
Ryan said in a statement to the Hollywood Reporter.
Well, okay then.
As for the new season, Delicate will be based on the upcoming novel Delicate Condition by Danielle Valentine.
The book is described as “a gripping thriller that follows a woman convinced a sinister figure is going to great lengths to make sure her pregnancy never happens — while the men in her life refuse to believe a word she says.”
