The NYPD Is Offering a Reward For Capturing Rick Moranis’ Attacker And I Hope They Catch Him

Y’all, we have got to fix this world. I’m sure by now you have probably read about the unprovoked attack on Rick Moranis the other day in NY. Yes, the actor that we all know and love from movies like ‘Ghostbusters’ and ‘Honey I shrunk The Kids’.

Columbia Pictures

He was simply walking down the street on Central Park West near 70th street in the Upper West Side. Then without warning, he was punched and knocked to the ground. You can see the attack in the video.

He went to the hospital and was a bit banged up and he is now recovering from the attack at home. They say he is a bit shaken, but he will be ok, but this happening to anyone is not ok. It needs to stop.

The first video released didn’t have a very clear image of the attacker, but now we have his face. You can see he is wearing a black “I Love New York” hoodie.

Yes, it is partially blocked by a mask, but someone knows this man. The NYPD is offering a reward up to $2500 to help catch this monster. Rick Moranis is a good man and did not deserve this.

If you have information about the attack please call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
