Start by ordering a Grande Iced Caramel Macchiato, made with coconut milk.

Substitute the regular vanilla syrup it comes with for sugar-free vanilla instead.

Substitute the caramel drizzle for mocha drizzle. And that is literally it! Just by making a few changes, this drink comes out to approximately 90 calories!
