Have you ever seen a Buc-ee’s gingerbread house?

Thanks to one Texas couple who has taken gingerbread house making to the next level, after seeing their masterpiece, you’re going to want to build one for yourself before the holiday season ends!

Deanna and Paul Vaters set out to build a shockingly realistic replica of a Buc-ee’s restaurant made out of gingerbread walls and candy details.

And if you’re unfamiliar of the chain, Buc-ee’s is basically an upgraded, supersized gas station that is Texas-based.

The dazzling gingerbread house, inspired from the chain in Bastrop, Texas, is complete with miniature cars at gas pumps, people-like figurines, and of course, the famous Buc-ee’s logo.

You’ll also notice the finer details of this creative gingerbread house that includes frozen icicles hanging below the Buc-ee’s logo and even see-through windows that show tiny people walking around the store.

“If you actually look through the windows, you can actually see people inside, walking around,” Deanna said in a video shared by the Williamson County government in a recent Instagram post . “These are all the gas pumps, people are getting gas and people fixing their luggage. Basically, it’s a travel stop on your way to your vacation and these are the things people are doing.”

And get this, the tiny individuals that are included in this gingerbread house project, aren’t just any group of strangers, but her tax office coworkers!

“Every year I would come take their pictures, and I think the coworkers actually look forward to that because, you know, they’re always wondering what kind of pose they’re gonna’ do for the next year,” Deanna explained in the Instagram video. “We just print them off and we add little accessories like a map, the little hats I put on them… They’re all incorporated into the village.”

Deanna says that she’s been making gingerbread houses since her kids were little, as well as building the incredible candy sculptures for her place of work at the tax office for the last six years!

She’s also done the same at her previous places of employment too!

“It’s been a long time that I have been making these. We love it. My husband and I love it,” Deanna said. “We love doing stuff for coworkers, wherever we work we like to incorporate any kind of Christmas. We enjoy making people happy, and people really appreciate it.”
