This Chick-Fil-A Employee Shows Exactly What It Takes to Offer Excellent Customer Service
This is Jeremiah Murrill. He works at Chick-fil-A in Wilmington, NC, and he is a PERFECT example of why Chick-Fil-A is CRUSHING it in the customer service department!
Everytime I go to Chick-fil-A, I am greeted with a smile, a “How may I serve you today?,” and NEVER an eye-roll when I ask for a ketchup or sauce — unlike some other fast-food chains out there. I’m ALWAYS met with a, “My pleasure.”
Even on my WORST days, Chick-fil-A employees make me smile, and that is exactly what Jeremiah does EVERY single time people go through his line. He is ALL smiles, and you can tell, he genuinely loves to help the people he is serving.
The video of Jeremiah working the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A has gone viral since it was posted in early December, and for good reason.
Excellent customer service is so HARD to find, but it is something that Chick-fil-A is KNOWN for.
Jeremiah, however, goes above and beyond to make each person feel individually valued.
Thanks to its AWESOME employees, like Jeremiah, in 2019, for the FOURTH year in a row, Chick-fil-A earned the #1 spot for America’s most beloved fast-food chain in the American Customer Satisfaction Index’s annual survey.
I know there has been some, often comical debate about who has the better chicken sandwich, but it is NO contest that Chick-fil-A has the better customer service. It is its employees that make this possible.
Jeremiah even ends the video by giving the people in the car two fist bumps. Now, what other fast-food chain employee is going to do that? Kudos to you, Jeremiah. Keep doing what you do, and we’ll keep coming back for more!

While you are at Chick-fil-A, pick up some of their grilled chicken. I like to use it in this recipe for Better-Than-Grandma’s Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup. It makes it easy and delicious!
