I LOVE Camping but I hate sleeping on the ground. Sure, we have an air mattress but it is still freezing cold and sometimes it deflates and BLAH.

How glib of you. I am a senior and love camping but sleeping mats have become rather hard to get up from as of late. I also have two family members with physical challenges that love to camp and a raised platform would help them considerably. Empathy scout person. Teach it to your troop.
