Twinkies Released A New Mixed Berry Flavor And My Mouth Is Watering

Alright, I’m about to admit to something you may not believe, but I have never in my life, eaten a Twinkie. No no, I swear, it’s embarrassing but true!

The pastry itself has never appealed much to me, but their new mixed berry cream filling does look incredibly intriguing to try. You know what the filling kinda looks like? It reminds me of an Acai fruit bowl and maybe that’s why the flavor looks so yummy.

Hostess Twinkies has already released the new Mixed Berry pastry in stores such as Walmart and Dollar General which by the way, score! Dollar General equals cheap prices and it’s a new flavor!

The soft golden sponge cake includes a variety of fruit flavoring. Plus, as indicated on the box, the filling is made with real fruit which makes this snack even better. The mixed berry filling includes notes of strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry.

The filling is basically like a fruit smoothie but… sweeter.

For the first time in my life, I might have to try an individually wrapped Twinkie, I’ll let you know what I think overall, after I’ve tried the new flavor.
