If you know us, you know that we like creating and trying weird and tasty Secret Menu Drink options and that is exactly what this Coronavirus Frappuccino is meant to be.

We first spotted this recipe over on TikTok. Kids these days…

Just throwing this out there – this drink is meant to lighten the mood with everything going on right now. We are well aware of the Coronavirus effects and this is not meant to make fun of anyone or anything about it. The world could use a bit of laughter right now and that’s exactly what this is intended for.

Now, you might be wondering if this is an early April fools joke and NOPE!

You can actually order this but you’ll need to take the full recipe with you. Why?

Because someone created it. So, all you need to do is head into your local coffee spot and ask they create you a Coronavirus (COVID-19) Frappuccino and show them this recipe.

A Coronavirus Frappuccino

Start by ordering your favorite drink size. I ordered a grande.

Next, ask for a Green Tea Frappuccino (using whole milk) and ask to add pineapple syrup.

Once blended, ask to top it off with whipped cream, sprinkle some of the golden ginger blend on top and add a few dragon fruit pieces randomly.

If you want to really be extra, you can request they write “Covid-19”.

That’s it! You’ll have a completely safe to drink Coronavirus Frappuccino. And no, nobody is harmed or caught Coronavirus will in the making of this drink!

Enjoy!

  1. You know why not? BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE DYING! DYING! Go to Bergamo, ten pages of people who died from it. People as young as 20 DIE and you write such a piece of bs? Are you freaking insane? Poor baristas who have to go to work have to put up with your bS? YOU deserve to get this virus since WHY NOT? YOU DO NOT JOKE WHEN PEOPLE ARE DYING. YOU show respect, but clearly you don’t know what it is.

Go on your holidays, bars and whatever and just hope you don’t get the virus. IGNORANT IRRESPECTFUL PEOPLE

  2. As a barista whose hands are raw from hand washing and using hand sanitizer for every customer, seriously go get some perspective. This is serious. We are trying to keep the public safe until we eventually get shut down and you can’t even order this kind of stupid stuff. I get it’s suppose to be satire but doesn’t that require you to be funny?

  3. Can you preface this article with “this is in extremely poor taste. Oh btw there is no such thing as a secret menu, it’s just a thing I come up with to make my blog sound relevant” ?? This article should not only be taken down, but an official apology should be issued by this website and the author for even allowing something like this to be posted. Shame on anyone who has the audacity to order this drink.

  4. Since starbucks isn’t allowing more sick time for employees, i think its fair to say you might get a coronavirus in that frapp, js ?‍♀️

  5. Delete this. You’re an awful person for posting it here to monetize off of the situation. We baristas have heavily enhanced our sanitizing and cleaning practices and sharing something like this is selfish and frankly ignorant on your part.

  6. absolutely delete this. there is no “making light” of the situation. do not put your baristas in a place to make this.

  7. Or don’t be a piece of garbage asking the barista to risk getting fired for making this.

  8. This is tacky and harmful to baristas. Delete your post.

  9. This is so gross. Real cool position to put baristas in. I’m sure you tip for sh*t too.

  10. This is not a “cute recipe”. No one should do this and you should get rid of this gross post because it’s not funny.

  11. This is disappointing that you find this drink remotely worth talking about. People are Dying and you think this is a joke. It’s all fun and games till it’s one of your loved ones becoming ill.

  12. As a barista at the SB we are told not to do this that we will be reported and disciplinary action will happen

  13. Hope you and all of your loved ones come down with the coronavirus for this trashy article written in poor taste. Absolutely disgusting.

  14. Screw ya’ll, and screw this website. This is in such poor taste. You should be ashamed of yourselves, but the worst part is I know you’re not. Shameful.

  15. I can guarantee that no barista will make this if it is requested. In very poor taste…

  16. Inappropriate. Don’t out your barista in the uncomfortable position of having to do something like this. Not nice. Can you imagine if you ask a barista to do this and their mom just died from COVID-19?

  17. Starbucks will not allow their baristas to make this drink. & If we do, we could lose our job or face write ups for doing this. This is BS. TAKE THIS DOWN!!!

  18. Please stop with the Secret Menu BS but also with this drink specifically. And no, we will NOT write COVID-19 on your cup or enter that as your name. Enough already.

  19. I am a barista. I wish we could sue people like you. We have to deal with this BS daily.

  20. You know frappuccino’s are made with Whole Milk by default, right?
Also,.there’s better/cheaper ways to order this drink. Like if you’re just getting a pineapple matcha frappuccino then order a pineapple matcha with frappucino cream base blended topped with tumeric. I wouldnt pay $0.60 for 5pieces of dragon fruit either..

  21. People are dying and countries are collapsing. This is disgusting and disrespectful. Just because the US is not hit hard (YET) it does not mean that is okay to joke about it. DISGUSTING. Unfollowing and reporting this.
