5 Reasons To NOT Vaccinate Your Kids
People shouldn’t have to vaccinate their kids. In fact, parents absolutely know what’s best for their kids in every situation, which is why you’ve never heard of a mom calling a doctor at two AM because her child has a fever.

Moms automatically know exactly what to do. They know better than anyone what their child needs or doesn’t need.
That’s why the vaccination debate is so ridiculous to me…because moms inherently know more than everyone. Which brings me to this… 5 Reasons To NOT Vaccinate Your Kids.

When a woman conceives a child, the entirety of human knowledge is written into her essence and as that child is brought forth unto this world, that knowledge flowers in her mommy brain and every decision she makes for her child is absolutely the right, and only right decision.
So who are we to judge those moms that choose NOT to vaccinate THEIR kids?

Before you get your mom panties in a knot, hear me out…
5 Reasons To NOT Vaccinate Your Kids
1. You don’t like them, anyway.
I get it. Some kids are just born a little more awful than others. So if your plan is to not vaccinate your kid in hopes that they’ll catch some horrible virus that’ll off them so you can start over, sure. That makes total sense.
It’s evil, and disgusting, and I hope you get a million fire ant bites, but hey, the good news is that’s less likely to happen to you than your child catching something deadly because you’re an inherent dumb-dumb.

2. You’re more scared of big scientific sounding words than you are of viruses that have killed millions upon millions of people.
I get it! Vaccines have a lot of big, scary words. And, some of the ingredients in vaccines have been linked to carcinogenic risks and I bet even a very eensy teensy tiny portion of the population might be allergic to some of the ingredients and they might have a bad reaction.
Know what? That’s why the doctor keeps you at the office for 15 minutes after your child receives a vaccine. That way if they react, the doctor can fix it. Nifty set up, huh?

As for the scary words, know what other scientific word kills people? Dihydrogen monoxide. And yet you still put it into your body every single day. So put away your dictionary, and stop freaking out over words that you maybe don’t understand.

3. You believe all internet memes are true.
“Gandhi was against vaccines. A mother flipping meme told me so.” Yeah, I’ve seen that meme. And I’ve looked it up. And you know what he compared vaccines to? Eating beef.
Vaccines are as bad as eating beef because cows and all life is sacred. So here’s where that comes from: the small pox vaccine was derived from cows infected with cow pox. Which means that every person who received a small pox vaccine was being given a small amount of cow.

I can definitely understand why a man whose religion holds cows as sacred would be against being injected with one. But unless you, too, are a fruitarian (which he was), perhaps you should put down your Big Mac and go get your kids their freakin’ vaccines.
4. You’d rather your children build their immunity to things like polio and measles naturally…just like you did.
Oh, wait. You didn’t have polio did you. Know why? ‘CAUSE YOUR PARENTS GOT YOU VACCINATED!
5. You know more about vaccines from that one article you read online than your pediatrician knows after eight years of higher education and thousands of hours of study.
I’ll just let the people in this video address that one…
Look, I understand that I don’t live in your house, I’ve not experienced your life and I certainly can’t judge you for your parenting choices. But I’m going to anyway.
Not getting your children vaccinated is really stupid. Like, it’s really stupid.

It makes me furious and makes the blood in my veins boil with hatred toward you for putting your children in such a vulnerable and dangerous position. And if it just affected YOUR children, I might even be able to hold back my vitriol; but, it doesn’t.
Your infected child can infect a child who is too young to be vaccinated. Your child can infect a child who is fighting cancer, or whose immunity has been compromised by something else entirely out of their control.

YOUR child can act as a walking time bomb and spread illnesses that haven’t been around for years all because the idea of giving them a medically sound shot scares you.
Your child deserves better. Get your kids vaccinated. Don’t be that parent that we all hate.
Jamie’s Note: To those parents who can’t vaccinate because their child is immunocompromised, or allergic, etc. this obviously isn’t directed at you. In fact, you should be the most pissed off at the people who don’t vaccinate their perfectly healthy children– because that is how your children stay safe!

This would be “entertaining” if there weren’t actually life-threatening decisions impacted by crap like this. It’s because of the sad indoctrination and the head pats that all parents seem to need that vaccinations aren’t questioned more. If they are questioned, well, those fanatics are know-it-all, crunchy parents who cannot possibly have done MORE research than what is given to pharmacists, pediatricians and doctors during their professional schooling (Check the facts on that). The fanatics should be jailed for doing the research that you aren’t doing (at the risk of your child’s life) because you trust everything you’re told and given. I stand corrected…the fluff that you seemed to have compiled your information from to “write” this piece IS entertaining. Better luck next time. And one last thought…if your precious vaccines actually work, why are the vaccinated kids getting sick? Hmm. Oh and when is the last time you were caught up to date with your boosters? I promise that it’s not the unvaccinated kids, it’s the unvaccinated teachers, bus drivers, store clerks, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. they’re exposed to that are making them sick. Hmm.
Nice Rita!
I guess no one can pick up satire anymore??? Entertaining piece at least some off us get what satire is.
Obviously haven’t read the vaccine box inserts for the side effects acknowledged be the manufacturer.
After I have spent thousands of hours researching this subject, it is easy to spot a sarcastic, polarizing, opinion piece that somebody shot out of their butt.
When trump is president obviously you should write an article like this …. This is really sad seeing our writers are this unknowledgable and dumb !!
Looks like you need to do more research before you write an article like this.
Humor is good, but sadly this article is dumbing everyone down.
1. lol that was funny
2. Usually when people are finding out more about the risks of vaccines they look up what all those big words mean. Unlike most people. And how many Dr’s can ‘fix’ a real adverse reaction? They can help keep you alive until the ambulance gets there….is that what you mean by ‘fix’? The GP can ‘fix’ brain damage in those 15 mins? The GP can see the person is having a reaction and remove the vaccine? The statement that the Dr can fix a reaction is confusing, because clearly they cannot ‘fix’ it. Some people can react to dairy, gluten, pollen or nuts but most people can handle those things. It makes sense that some people can react to a particular ingredient in a vaccine and not others. Even if the odds are very small it’s still russian roulette.
3.pfft, another joke, not as amusing as the first.
4. As well talk about us not getting Scarlet Fever…. hang on, there has never been a vaccine for scarlet fever… And really, with our standards of health care today, Measles is not an issue anymore. My grandfather had measles when he was 2 and became deaf….that doesn’t happen anymore because our health is SO much better. Now if I lived in a 3rd world country, where we were drinking water from the same ditch we defecate into, I might think the benefit to risk ratio was worth getting the vaccine.
5. lol this is another joke right? The pediatrician devotes all those 8 years to vaccine study?? A huge decision like whether or not to vaccinate takes much more than the 6 hours a med student spends on vaccine studies. BTW, all the same medical journals that Doctors have access to are online for anyone else prepared to spend hundreds of hours pouring through them.
You don’t know what you are talking about… I’m not discussion all aspects. I’m sorry I lost my patience. But for example the number 4: Measles is not an issue anymore (It’s not true because if not the governments will not pay millions to include it in national healthcare programs) it’s NOT because the health system improved. It helped but what was important was the improvement of life conditions and what we call GROUP IMMUNITY!! that PEOPLE LIKE U are putting in DANGER!!!! Because to have Group immunity it’s necessary to have high rates of vaccination… Oh! Just one more question? Did u or would u take any pill? Because every single medication (even “natural”) has secondary effects POTENTIAL fatal.
So you haven’t seen the graphs showing the decline of these diseases for decades before vaccines started being given?
The graphs that anti-vaxxers use show the decline in *deaths* from these diseases. Not infections. If you’re totally cool with your kid going through agony and getting brain damage to avoid the risk of an adverse effect, as long as they survive, sure. That just means that science got better at stopping people from dying. Polio deaths went down with the invention of the iron lung, but the side effects from having had it are permanent.
https://www.historyofvaccines.org/content/graph-us-measles-cases
It’s utterly irrational to compare risk of side-effects from vaccines with risk of dying from diseases. Compare side-effect to side-effect and you’ll get me on board (and discover that the risks are at least 100 times higher from the disease).
Yes, some people have adverse reactions to vaccines. That’s why you sit in the Doctor’s surgery after having one just in case. The adverse reactions can be horrible, yes. There is a minuscule chance of death and a slightly higher risk of permanent disability, yes. Vaccines are actually dangerous, yes. They’re less dangerous than putting your kid int the car to drive to the grocery store, though. And they’re way less dangerous (and a far lower cost to society in terms of medical care, though that may not be a factor in your evaluation) than the actual diseases.
Let’s recap what you just said. Is there a chance you child could die? Yes. But isn’t that better than spending a month in the hospital? I mean, your child could could die on the way to the store, why not take the chance they could be one of the few who die from getting the vaccinations? It’s a win- win.
It’s a satire piece… You couldn’t pick that up with the whole You don’t like them enough to give them immunizations?
CD: I couldn’t really tell where you stand from your post but it looks like you’re a vaxxer based on the comment about the gubmint spending millions on vaccine programs. You are the government so it’s your money, I assume you pay taxes, being spent by people who are controlled by big corporations. So that comment is irrelevant.
It’s actually also against The Bible said you would be the fruitcake honey you should probably do some education before you actually write a post about something like for instance the Bible says not to put any foreign substance in your body why would you want Kelsey your body also you might educate yourself and the fact that doctors are educated by the pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical companies pay for the medical institutions you might want to go read that and do your research on that and how back in the 1900s early I think 1920s 30s they came in the pharmaceutical companies went to the hospitals and started the whole thing I could be wrong about the date so you need to go research that the doctors don’t know everything they don’t learn about nutrition other than one month program they don’t know everything my education is on more than one documentary more than one research from a medical researcher more than one nurse and one Doctor Who is against vaccination My Berlin cuddles and I get boils when you are so judgmental and when you don’t know nothing when you haven’t got an educated yourself other than what the news said and what other what everybody has said you do not know go research it research and I’m talking research research the history of the hospitals research the history of vaccinations there’s also if you’re a Christian you’re putting aborted fetus is in your body that it is against the Bible twice so vertically why is it 100% against the Bible and if you vaccinate your kids my unvaccinated kid cannot infect your baby FYI you need to get a clue on that and actually I am saving my child from autism from other allergies from having a weak immune system when you put a shot and vaccinate your child when they’re born you are stopping the baby from producing God given immunity is that God did swollen that bass The baby comes out of the mother they start building immunity that vaccine stopped at plus I didn’t know any babies fucking somebody and doing drugs and they were born because that’s what hepatitis B is so please before your judge mental person goes around judging educate be smart because most of you want you just listen to the doctor not your head don’t worry I did that with my 24-year-old but I didn’t do it with my last two and my 24-year-old had work conditions and learning disabilities and my other two are never sick or the healthiest kids you’ve ever seen in your life my sisters kids three children not vaccinated she was homeless all the time in abusive relationships drugs everything there the healthiest kids and they were vaccinated so you can’t go around saying stuff you don’t help educate yourself one and one make to you get a vaccination people get sick since the 1940s and 50s 60s 70s every year we put more more vaccinations into our bodies and then every year more more diseases or more allergies come to the surface so why don’t we make to you at those together it’s quite obvious all the chemicals that were putting in our bodies all the vaccinations that we’re putting our bodies all the food were eating and putting in our bodies is killing us so you’re killing your children you guys are the ones putting your kids in danger not the one to want vaccinated
I had no idea it was possible to write a string of words that long and not use any punctuation, but kudos! Quite the accomplishment. Also, the bible says not to wear mixed fabrics, shave, eat shellfish or pork, says to cover our heads, adorn our bodies in gold, eat too much, women aren’t supposed to speak in church, work on Saturday’s, wear rounded hair cuts, be gay, divorce, or if you do divorce marry again after the divorce, eat fatty foods, get blood transfusion, or organ transplants, or if you want to be a purist use any sort of medical intervention. So feel free to bring the bible into this debate, but make sure your clothes don’t contain any rayon or polyester before you come to the table, please.
Proper grammar and sentence structure are a courtesy to your reader that make it more likely that your comment will be read and understood.
Wow, people get crazy about this issue. Straight up, you don’t need to watch some poorly-researched crackpot documentary to know that vaccines can be dangerous. Why do you think they make you wait half an hour before you leave the clinic? It’s in case you have a bad reaction. People can and have died or become horribly disabled from bad reactions to vaccines. Bad reactions can happen within a few days of a vaccine, especially if it’s a live one, and can cause anything from sickness to death.
I know many people who choose to vaccinate their kids at a later age than is typically pushed on kids (say, at 1-2 years instead of 4 months) to ensure their kids are better able to handle it, to try to minimize any potential negative effects; also since their kid is a bit better able to communicate something wrong at that age. And you know that’s totally legit.
Not to mention that for some people, vaccines don’t work. My sister has had MMR vaccines twice in the last 10 years. She has been pregnant twice, and each time had her blood tested. Both times, she got phone calls saying she wasn’t vaccinated. There were no biomarkers in her system indicating her vaccinations at all.
Some people need to brush up their knowledge on the matter (for example, I read somewhere than an average apple has more mercury in it than a vaccine does) but just like there are some people who take it too far, there are some people who sweep potential negative effects aside as if it’s some crazy crack talk to even acknowledge that these issues can happen.
So can we stop being crazy tribalistic weirdos screaming at each other and just accept that a fairly wide range of practices are valid? And maybe, just maybe, people aren’t idiotic demons for not blindly repeating that all vaccines are good and 100% effective, for everyone all the time?
This is the most fucking honest way I’ve ever had it put. I agree with you on all that you said. Questioning a system should not be a witch hunt.
Firefly, right back at ya! maybe you should actually watch and try to comprehend one of those “poorly researched crackpot documentaries”
And last but not least having read this informative piece of literature, let me tell you a secret. Not really a secret, just some words from an older chick who has sound advice. I have an immune disorder.i myself had never heard about t until I was sick from not healing from a cut, for over two months. I’m allergic to lots of stuff but antibiotics being the top of the list. They did blood tests and called me back in for test results. This was about month three after still not healing from my cut. One of the scariest questions I’ve ever had put to me from a doctor was “is there any chance you could have HIV?” I said no, especially taking into account that when Kevin was always working and after, he’d get off his 12 hour shift to sleep for an upcoming unplanned overtime shift. We’d been married 35 years. So NO! Turns out I have an immune disorder that doesn’t alLow me to fight off anything, including measles and chicken pox, even though I’ve had them. Now I get weekly gamma globulin infusions, and slowly my numbers are going on the road towards normal. So, if not for your child think about other people and get your child vaccinated. Please
As a paediatrician i had seen lots of case of pertusis ,pnemonea ,tuberculosis ,measles ,chicken pox ,hepatis A etc. ,and these all children were unvaccinated for that disease ..its like a life insurance or any other insurance ..do u want to put your children in High Risk its up to you ?
Poor Mary.. she doesn’t know what a “Peer Reviewed Journal Article” is. And she must not have access to the scientific data bases “with the big words”. She also must not know that the head scientist of the study, ” Age at first measles – mumps – rubella vaccination in children with autism and school – matched control subjects: a population – based study in metropolitan Atlanta”, 2004, William Thompson, was in fact granted amnesty by Barak Obama (in 2016!!) to come forward with the evidence that the CDC (destroyed evidence of an absolute causation of the MMR vaccine to Autism in 2004…
Poor Mary.. learn how to read and research before running your mouth…
Quote from William Thompson
I want to be absolutely clear that I believe vaccines have saved and continue to save countless lives. I would never suggest that any parent avoid vaccinating children of any race. Vaccines prevent serious diseases, and the risks associated with their administration are vastly outweighed by their individual and societal benefits.
Your referencing a biased Peer Reviewed Journal that was removed due to its inaccuracy’s.
Marys Right You are WRONG.
You really need to learn how to research. The article your talking about has already been proven to be incorrect.
My child is immunocompromised and cannot get vaccinated and I fear sending her to school because of idiots like you who spout garbage thinking its correct with absolutely no academic proven research.
Here is details of the article you are talking about.
The Editor and Publisher regretfully retract the article as there were undeclared competing interests on the part of the author which compromised the peer review process. Furthermore, post-publication peer review raised concerns about the validity of the methods and statistical analysis, therefore the Editors no longer have confidence in the soundness of the findings.
If even one child is harmed due to and of the many vaccinations now “required” it is one too many – there ARE courts around the world that decide how much money is to be paid to the MANY children who have become autistic after receiving vaccines – in case you are unaware, national governments do NOT give money out when the issue can be squared away under the “not proven” tag – note too that these government courts are not known of within the public domain and can safely be said to be “secret” courts…take the dangerous substances OUT of vaccines and people would be more willing to take them up – NOBODY has any right to inject toxins into a child…it really IS that simple.
To add to the above – these courts have paid out,and continue to do so,many hundreds of millions of pounds/dollars/euros/etc to children harmed by vaccines.
Anytime vaccinations are a requirement and there are injuries the courts should have to pay out. Equally, anytime a parent chooses not to vaccinate and their child gets sick and/or makes another child sick, they should be put in prison for child endangerment. Equally, they should be sued in civil court for damages done to their own child as well as children affected by their decision.
It’s only right.
I totally agree that all children should have the vaccinations that are needed in childhood to prevent deadly diseases. I think it’s a very selfish decision to decide that YOU don’t want your child to be vaccinated because YOU don’t want the child to be Autistic or have Allergies, because YOU don’t want to deal with that!! Guess what?? Every human alive is going to be sick with something in their lifetime, and eventually die. Nothing you do will change that, It’s a guarantee!! BTW The gene for Autism is carried and passed on by the father, NOT by a vaccination. To the Author of this article, this was very good!! Thanks for speaking out on this issue, and pointing out FACTS!!
I’m not a parent, but I do totally agree that kids should have their vaccinations. I’m a child of the 80s and we had the polio/tetanus vaccine in school when I was about 13. Somehow I managed to creep away from the medical office when I got scared of the size of that needle, and I never did have it! Not something I’d advise any other kid or parent to do. Get your vaccinated, and stop putting him/her and anyone else around them who is vulnerable for some reason at risk!
that word is unacceptable no matter how much you dislike Mary Malcolm. grow up.
If vaccines were the same as they were when “we” were vaccinated against measles, mumps, rubella, and whooping cough, it would be all fine and dandy. And most people would not have a problem with it. Probably most people would do the right thing and have their children immunized. But they have added so much to the concoction, they have mandated early and frequent vaccinations, beyond what would ever be needed, to the point where the people are fighting back. Most of the things babies are vaccinated against are completely unnecessary. It’s gone overboard.
What you mean there are completely unnecessary? You might think that those diseases are not around anymore, and the reason for that is VACCINES. You don’t see this diseases because people get vaccinated. If we don’t vaccinate children they run the risk of getting those diseases. They re vaccinated at younger ages because it has been determine they can be, which is better because it expands they time in which they can be protected, starting to do so earlier.
What she means is the ones that you only get if you are in frequent contact with blood or stool, play in dirty water or have to exchange body fluids to get. Tetanus is probably not necessary for a baby to be vaccinated against. You usually get that from getting cut with something dirty, so this one is probably not needed until the child can walk at least. Your child only needs the rotovirus vaccination if they are in daycare or other close quarters. Typhoid vaccination is probably not even needed in a developed country. You get it from drinking or eating stuff contaminated with feces. Rubella is pretty much only harmful to pregnant women, so that one is up in the air on whether your child should have it.
True
Whenever I need advice on epidemiology, virology and herd immunity, I don’t ask my doctor, I ask a frazzled looking woman in the market in her pyjamas with porridge in her hair, because mommy knows best!
you must be a special kind of stupid with that mentality.
I think she was being sarcastic…hopefully lol.
This is BS!! Get your kids vaccinated please.
… Did you read the article? The headline was very obviously ironic…
My father (born in 1951) contracted polio as an 18 months old. He was put in medical isolation even though his mother was a pediatrician. She was not allowed to go near him. He could only see her through a window, during visitation hours. He survived and received physical therapy for his obviously affected leg. Others in his generation died or lost the ability to breathe without assistance (look up iron lungs). In his 50s, his other leg began to lose muscle tone. He now walks with a slight limp.
Vaccines can cause injury, and that’s terrible. But we have to put risk and benefit in perspective. Before the vaccines, many many more children died or had complications from these diseases than the number of children injured by vaccines today. As a society and as individuals, we have no choice but to accept some risk. (You can get injured in your home from falling off furniture, but you will not stop using furniture.) There is no such thing as risk free living. So let’s make wise choices. Let doctors and statisticians do the math of what has the lower risk. Do your research, absolutely! But make sure that you are not falling prey to irrational fear and thus expose your child and others to a greater risk while trying to avoid a smaller one.
Supposing the injured child was my child ? Is that acceptable to you ? It most certainly is not to me…neither do I believe it is acceptable for your child to be injured – unlike your own suggestion that mine possibly be sacrificed for the common “good” – it IS a fact that there are national courts globally that have and continue to pay many millions (of whichever currency is in use) to children harmed by vaccines – as stated earlier, governments do NOT pay out if there is ANY chance the issue could be refuted by whatever means – the number of cases is way too many – it`s a little known fact these courts even exist – I wonder why that could possibly be ?
This is probably the most ridiculous article I have ever read on vaccinations. Maybe you should do your homework. Vaccines are dangerous and the amount the American children get before they’re 18 is Ludacris. People like you that make people like us Shake our heads in disbelief. Maybe if you got your head out of your butt did a little research or maybe eve watch the documentary called Vaxxed you would get an education.
Where did you get your PhD in virology and epidemiology from?
none of your business.
Perhaps if you did your homework? I too have a concern for the number of vaccines a child receives in their first two years of life, and I think as parents we need MORE information on just what these vaccines are for, along with WHY our children are receiving them, in addition to the polio, mumps measles, and german measles, vaccines.
YOUR refusal to have your child vaccinated is based on ignorance. and MY concern for the number being given to todays children/my grandchild/niece, are rooted in frustration at the lack of communication between healthcare officials and parents and public.
The most vocal antivac people are EDUCATED and because they are educated they are more than capable of understanding the science the illness and the reasoning for these additional vaccines given today. So LOBBY for KNOWLEDGE and vaccinate your children, to protect those who cannot recieve them as opposed to refusing to recieve them.
Your children will be healthier for it and so will everyone else.
YOUR lack of knowledge, understanding, and common sense is baffling. You need to do some research and learn the scientific and cellular effects of vaccines and not watch fucked up documentaries.
I just…I can’t decide if this is satire or actually serious. I suppose we should check out chem trails and the Loch Ness monster while we’re out watching ‘Vaxxed’. And leave Ludacris out of this; he’s pro-vaccine anyway.
Vaxxed, yeah that scientific and unbiased documentary about vaccines causing autism that was directed by a guy making a false study to try and sink the vaccine buisness and release his own vaccine on the market. That is great education. Also the earth is flat.
“The film was directed by discredited anti-vaccine activist Andrew Wakefield, whose license to practice medicine in the United Kingdom was revoked due to ethical violations related to his fraudulent research into the role of vaccines in autism.”
Maybe I need to write a blog in satire how parents who do vaccinate like to poison their children with mercury, aluminum and the dna of another human being.Yeah they use aborted baby cells in those vaccines. Except when you are the parent of a child who is vaccine injured it is not funny, at all. Dr are not educated on vaccines. That is why you need to research it out for yourself. Start by reading the vaccine inserts. MMR vaccine inserts warn the side effect can be autism. If you want to gamble with your child’s health that is your decision.
There is NO Mercury in childhood vaccines, nor do vaccine’s cause autism. Not to mention, AUTISM IS NOT A DEADLY DISEASE! The idea that you would rather your child DIE than get Autism (not an actual danger) is disgusting.
i gather you don’t have to care for an autistic kid. IT IS A LIFETIME RESPONSIBILTY. so get off your high horse.
I have two autistic kids. I’ve read the science, extensively. First: not caused by the MMR. Secondly, yes I’d rather my kids have autism than polio thank you very much. Being in the disabled community (my other child has a different disability, and again it’s nothing to do with vaccines he was born that way) I am regularly exposed to people whose kids have some really challenging physical conditions, and I’ll take autism any day over what they have to go through. Encephalitis, one of the side effects of actually having measles, can cause some really severe brain damage. No thanks.
Omg you are so stupid. I’m sorry!
Really, have you never looked up the ingredients in the vaccinations?? While I do not believe they cause autism, they can, and often are, harmful. Why do you think a parent should be forced to possibly hurt their child?
First autism is not a side effect, and even if it was I would rather my child have autism then be dead. Just a thought
Most of these diseases do not cause death. It’s very rare. And if a child does get sick with one of those illnesses, they end up far more immune and their immune system is far healthier and stronger than it is with vaccines. Autism is not a fun thing for a child to have, and it lasts for their lifetime.
OMG. did you really just say that?
Love it!!!!!!!!
Love your comments Jewell. This article is typical of someone who doesn’t read labels or do any other research. I Take comfort in knowing the truth is getting closer to come out!!!!!
watching 1 documentary doesn’t give you more knowledge than people who have studied it for years
vaccinate your kids – don’t listen to Bev
yeah, i don’t care if your kid gets autism or any other vaccinated problems associated with it. I myself don’t care to play russian roulette with my child.
agreed Jewel! but people really are stupid when it comes to this subject….
I love all these responses!! All the “But I am well informed!! The internet gave me an advanced degree in biology, virology, microbiology and infectious disease.”
Also the – But I know better, its to keep my kid safe!!!! yeah, so like all those millions of kids in third world countries who’s parents are praying for money for a vaccine really just want their kids to die lol lol lol.
No advanced degree is needed to understand the basic idea that poison is bad when you inject it into your child. You are really going to make a lot of vaccine-injury moms angry. Educate yourself and then apologize for your extreme insensitivity and rudeness.
Very cheap junk you’re lobbing over the bow.
Vaccines are not posion, they are scientifically sound treatments to prevent ddiseases that will kill and maim your child.
And before you claim it, I am CLEARLY far more educated than you on the issue since I can actually see what they are.
Or, if you have a vaccine injured child, they are what maimed or killed your child.
Gee mom, thanks for protecting me from autism by not getting me vaccinated.
really? pretty tired of hearing this assumption.
#6. Your four month old baby has two seizures a day after her vaccines and develops an allergy to casein, the protein in cow’s milk. But of course these occurences had nothing to do with the vaccines… They couldn’t have because they did not occur within fifteen minutes of her shots.
Your post is offensive and rude. Vaccines are good for the herd, but not always for the individual. Parents should be able to make their own informed choices regarding whether their children are vaccinated.
And anyways, if your children are vaccinated and mine aren’t, what risk could my children possibly pose to yours???
your baby didn’t develop the allergy because of vaccines. He HAD the allergy and no one knew, and now you do. You should be grateful for that, my child almost died before our pediatrician figured it out.
She did not have the allergy prior to being vaccinated. I think I would know. I was breastfeeding her, and had to stop eating anything with cow’s milk or casein after her shots (after I figured out what was causing her to get sick, which was a process of elimination). I’m glad your pediatrician figured it out, mine was no help whatsoever.
You do not develop and allergy from shots, you develop a resistance, you are born with an allergy or get it later after puberty.
You may want to do more research, considering you failed.
How can you possibly use the term “informed choices” in the dribble you are writing. Who informed you? Did they forget to mention YOU are probably the reason your 4 month old is allergic to protein in cow’s milk? You know your baby wasn’t allergic to the protein prior to the vaccine. The only way you could know is by feeding the baby cow’s milk… yet you call your self informed … What do you think the #1 reason is for a baby’s allergy to cow’s milk protein? Formula and cow’s milk before the age of 4 months.
Nope, babies who are allergic to cow milk are often allergic to the breastmilk of their mother when she ingests cow milk.
No, the reason is because cows milk is for cows.
You really don’t know how breastfeeding works, do you?
did you not read all posts? they can hurt others that are too young to get vaccinated.
agreed. and don’t let people tell you any different.
People who don’t vaccinate don’t want an autistic child. Clearly they’d rather have a crippled child or a dead child.
Vaccines also cripple and kill. Another great reason to opt out.
An extremely RARE reaction is NOT a reason to opt out of a vaccine that will protect your child from disease that have and WILL kill or cripple your child 8 times out of 10.
Saitaina… (must be short for Satan) You are insane. Lets just sacriface a few for the good of all…. Really????????
Not all people use the autism excuse as a reason not to vaccinate their children.
I just find it ironic that lots of people reacting to this post are hurling insults to the writer.
You don’t fight fire with fire people. The ‘she did it first argument’ is not really a valid point. We’re all adults here. We’ve dealt with rude people. We know rude people don’t respond (if it all) to rudensss. The writer was rude and I feel as though, being a woman who doesn’t have children yet – she was down right insulting. I get it. It’s annoying. It’s kind of stereotyping and closeting people into one big angry anti-vaccine mob. You just have to take a few breaths before you write an emotionally fuelled reply.
Be respectful of one another, especially opinions, by not personally insulting another persons decisions and waving the ‘bad parenting’ card. It’s offensive and really insulting – parenting is hard. With very hard decisions you have to make. I respect anyone who makes the pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine card. It’s ultimately your decision. I implore anyone, whatever the final choice to not think about *themselves*; think about the other living person dependent on you for direction in their life (ie. your child) and think of the other people around them.
This is not a selfish decision in the end of the day.
I completely agree. Sadly I think the “me” attitude is the attitude today. Every parent makes agonizing decisions where their kids are concerned. We all take the risk when any choice is made, we are NOT sacrificing your children to keep our child alive. But for some reason many think that it’s their child that is going to be affected or sacrificed. If you don’t trust the medical field, but someone with a computer that can literally say anything then there is nothing more we can say or do to convince you the right choice. My advice is always follow the money. Who will benefit, is the researcher/writer writing a book? Introducing a new product? Do they have something to gain? Always question talk to more than one doctor and feel confident that your making the right choice for you and the children they will be in contact with.
