You can get cauliflower pasta at Costco, and I need to find my membership card NOW.

Cauliflower is all the rage right now, isn’t it?

I mean, you can get cauliflower pizza crust, cauliflower rice, and you can even substitute cauliflower for the white rice on your Burrito Bowl at Chipotle!

It is definitely a more healthy alternative to all the carbs that I love so much — and I’m betting you love them, too!!

One carb I LOVE LOVE LOVE is pasta.

We have pasta about two to three times a week at our house, and there is no way I could live without it!

In fact, if you haven’t tried this viral recipe for Feta Pasta, you are missing out!!

Well, now you can get pasta at Costco that is made from cauliflower, and people swear it tastes just like the carb-loaded pasta we know and love.

It is actually a cauliflower linguini — which is a pasta that sort of walks the line between spaghetti and fettuccine.

It is more cylindrical than fettuccine, but bigger and flatter than spaghetti.

Each package of this cauliflower linguini holds 2.5 servings of veggies — gotta sneak in those veggies SOMEHOW with my family.

But, even though it is made from veggies (including cauliflower), it totally tastes like pasta.

And, it only takes 3 minutes to cook! Gah! I love nearly instant meals like that!

Taste Republic — who makes the cauliflower pasta — said that if you can’t find it, don’t worry. It will be coming out again in June.

Now, it looks like this awesome Taste Republic cauliflower linguini might only be available in California, Colorado, and Arizona.

That just means, you better get ahold of that high school friend that moved out west after graduation, and see if they will ship you some. LOL!!

I can tell you, I have family in the San Diego area, and I’m sure going to get them to make a Costco run for me!
