KFC Donut Sandwich Is Being Released in Select Cities and I Am Utterly Curious To Try It
My arteries are screaming at me for just looking at the picture. I give you the new KFC Chicken & Donuts Sandwich.
In, what I’m assuming is an attempt to stay relevant amidst the Chick-fil-A versus Popeye’s chicken sandwich debate, KFC has come out with its new chicken sandwich. Yes, it happens to have 2 donuts in place of a bun.
Yikes. If you don’t yet have the diabetes, here is a quick way to get it. Start with two fried, glazed donuts. Then smoothly slide a breaded, fried piece of chicken in between the two pillows of sugar.

I am not going to lie, I am utterly curious to give it a try…
However, I can’t even imagine the amount of calories sitting in this picture.
Now, before you get up and run to your local KFC to try this monstrosity, it is important to note that it is only being tested in three markets.
Norfolk and Richmond, Virginia and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania are the lucky recipients of this limited-time menu item.
I’m sure it tastes good. I mean, it’s a decadent sandwich for sure. But, I’m not sure my cardiologist would even like to discuss the ramifications of even one bite of this bad boy.
