If you were around in the 2000s — like at all — you know who Nelly and Ashanti are.

They were ev-ry-where.

The couple were the power couple of Y2K, dating from 2003 to 2014 — off and on, but pretty much the entire time.

It appears that the duo is back together, and rumors are flying that the couple is expecting their first baby together.

Nellie hosted a Black and White Ball in St. Louis over the weekend, and the pair appeared together on stage.

Now, just their appearance together isn’t what’s fueling the rumors.

There was one little act that started the rumor mill flying.

During their time on stage, Ashanti placed her hand on her stomach. Curious, right?

But, it was when Nelly also reached down and touched her tummy that people got the hint.

It seems that Ashanti and Nelly rekindled their relationship back in April, when they were seen holding hands as they left a boxing match between Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia in Las Vegas.

This would be the first baby for Ashanti, who is 43, but Nelly already has 2 grown children with his ex, Channetta Valentine.
