Move Over Color-By-Numbers, Scratch Painting Is The New Art Trend and I’m Trying It
Have you seen Scratch Painting Kits? They are super cool, and totally gorgeous!
Like color-by-numbers paintings, you follow a premade guide. Only, there are no numbers, and you don’t have to supply the color.
Each page is BLACK, with a grey picture printed on top of the black surface.
Each kit includes a wooden stylus and a “scratch pen.” You can use either device to scratch along the grey pre-printed lines on the scratch painting page.
Once you scratch the black surface off the paper, a bright rainbow of colors will shine through.
So, each line that you scratch, will produce a colorful line in place of a grey one. When you are done with a “painting,” you will have a beautiful, colorful design.
Kind of like adult coloring, scratch painting is a total stress reliever — a mindless activity if you will — that can keep you busy for hours!!
It is recommended for ages 4 and up, and EVERYONE will have a blast with these scratch painting kits.
