I like to try to grow all the pretty green things (even if I end up killing them all). Oy.

Check out these fun plant stands that I stumbled upon while looking for more succulent plants that may or may not make it to maturity in my house.

One of my favorite toys when I was little was the Slinky. I think I owned about 10 of them in every color and size.

A designer (artist) out of Bucharest turned my favorite childhood plaything into the quirkiest little planter, and I need one in every color and size!

Each planter is hand-spun from a single sheet of aluminum while the spring is made from an elastic type of steel.

Get this, not only can these fun springs be used as a planter to hold your household greenery, but they are also strong enough to use as a side table in your front room or maybe even as a little bedside table in the bedroom.

You can stick a hemisphere-shaped flower pot down into the Slinky to make it a plant stand.

Need a cool planter pot to stick down inside those springy coils? Check out this beautiful marbled succulent holder!!

If you would prefer to use the Slinky plant stand as a side table, you just use a circular metal top to give it a base — add a glass topper to give it an extra bit of class.

Now, if I’m being smart about this, I’ll get some super realistic looking faux succulents that have no chance of being overwatered to death. LOL!

They are only giving a sneak peak of this awesome Slinky Plant Stand right now, but you can soon get it on designer Andreea Cornila’s website.
