Instead, I am talking about in the “know a cockroach is named the same name as your ex” sort of way.

Yes, this is a real thing and is totally on our to-do list this Valentine’s Day!

So, how can you go about naming a sleazy cockroach after your ex?

The Bronx Zoo will name a cockroach after your ex and then send you a certificate to prove it!

You can “purchase” a cockroach on the Zoo’s website and then watch your email for the digital certificate of authenticity to be sent. HA.

If you choose one of the other packages you’ll get sent a physical printed certificate along with other cockroach themed goodies.

Aside from naming one after your ex, the Zoo says it’s great to name one after the one you love because love is eternal… get it? Like a cockroach is because they like never die?
