'Zootopia 2' Is In The Works At Disney And My Heart Is Happy

It’s been a hot minute since Zootopia burst onto the scene, but we are finally getting a sequel.

My daughter is going to be giddy!

Zootopia is kind of one of those gems hidden in plain sight.

It didn’t pack a power punch like Encanto or Frozen, but it was amazing in its own right, earning a cool $1 billion at the box office.

If you haven’t seen Zootopia, stop what you are doing, go to Disney+, and stream it!

This week, during a Disney company’s Q1 earnings call, Bob Iger made the big Zootopia announcement, and it finally fulfilled what has been rumored for YEARS.

Everyone has been expecting a Zootopia sequel, but we have never gotten one — until now!

Unfortunately, there is absolutely no other news on Zootopia 2, other than the fact it’s in the works.

But, that’s all we need to know for now, AMIRITE?!?

If I had to venture a guess, I’d say that Ginnifer Goodwin is probably going to reprise the role of Judy Hops, and Jason Bateman will be back as Nick Wilde, but we’ll have to wait and see.
