You are about to be giddy! You get to teach a whole new sect of people how AWESOME the Avatar known as Aang is, as he masters all 5 elements: earth, fire, wind, and water.
ALL THREE seasons of Avatar: The Last Airbender are coming to Netflix on May 15, and you can bet I’m counting down the days!
Netflix is just ON FIRE right now!! With shows like Tiger King, Love Is Blind, Outer Banks, Never Have I Ever, and The Willoughbys, Netflix is king of the streaming movie platforms right now!
And, let’s not forget all their True Crime docuseries. I’m obsessed!
BUT, now they are bringing us Avatar: The Last Airbender, and we have ONE MORE THING to look forward to binge watching!
This awesome American anime show is aimed to entertain youth — although us adults enjoy it, too. It often touches on topics that are normally too taboo for kids: free choice, genocide, totalitarianism.
It’s a show that’s not afraid to go outside the boundaries of “normal” youth television programming.
Netflix is also working on a live-action version of Avatar: The Last Airbender — and let’s HOPE it’s better than the LAST theatrical version!
Avatar: The Last Airbender was originally on Nickelodeon from 2005 to 2008, but it’s finally back, thanks to Netflix!!
