White Chocolate Cotton Candy Apples
Candy apples are probably my favorite part of the changing seasons. Apples are already so delicious in the fall, but once you start adding candy, chocolate, nuts, caramel, and more to them – it’s all I can do to finish my dinner first. Truly! What You Need To Make White Chocolate Cotton Candy Apples:
- 6 Jonagold Apples (or whatever kind you prefer)
- 2 Packages of Ghiradelli White Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Milk
- 6 Popsicle Sticks
- Wax Paper
- Pink Cotton Candy
How To Make White Chocolate Cotton Candy Apples:
Rinse and dry apples, remove stem and insert Popsicle stick.
Use enough wax paper to accommodate apples.
In a medium size sauce pot melt 2 bags of white chocolate chips of medium heat. Stir milk in gradually, only add enough milk to encourage melting.
When white chocolate is melted hold onto the Popsicle stick and dip apple into white chocolate, place dipped apples on wax paper.
Using a fork pull thin shreds of cotton candy and drape them over white chocolate.
Place apples into the refrigerator to allow white chocolate to fully set. (about 10-15 minutes).

Pro Tip: For a fun change of taste, try other cotton candy flavors (can be found at Wal-Mart), or for even more fun, sprinkle toffee pieces or salty peanuts onto the wet chocolate before it sets. Enjoy!
